Climate neutral shipping with DHL

We ship our goods from a central warehouse in Germany. This makes your shipment of goods fast and safe.

Germany:

• Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over €49. For purchases under €49, a standard delivery fee of €4.90 incl. 19% VAT will be charged. calculated.
• Express shipping (DHL Express): A standard delivery fee of €12.50 incl. 19% VAT will be charged.

Rest of EU:

• Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over €89. For purchases under €89, a standard delivery fee of €11.90 incl. 19% VAT will be charged. calculated.
• Express shipping (DHL Express): A standard delivery fee of €19.50 incl. 19% VAT will be charged.

Shipping service provider: DHL is our logistics partner. With the GoGreen program, your goods are delivered in a climate-neutral manner.

Non-Personalized Goods:

Germany: up to 5 business days

Rest of EU: up to 10 business days

Engraving & other customization:

Germany: up to 14 business days

Rest of EU: up to 24 business days

Switzerland:

We deliver to Switzerland with our partner MeinEinkauf.ch.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all the information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your front door will then be taken care of for a small fee by MeinEinkauf.ch. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and cheap.

Using MeinEinkauf.ch you can shop easily in our shop at low shipping costs and, most importantly, WITHOUT customs duties.

Proceed as follows:

• Simply register under MeinEinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
• You can now create a customer account in our online shop with your personal firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
• Place your order in our shop, stating your personal firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
• Please use only
as the shipping AND billing address

• All order and shipping information is automatically forwarded from your first name.last name@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address. At the same time, the MeinEinkauf.ch team is kept informed of the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. You can then view the status of your order approx. 48 hours after receipt on MeinEinkauf.ch under "My orders".

• You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch.
